Rihanna has hit back at the The Sun via Twitter, after the paper claimed that she’d cancelled a planned trip to Blighty due to ill health.
The Talk That Talk star had been due to stay in the UK capital for up to 10 weeks to film scenes for an upcoming Sky Living series, but cancelled her trip at the last minute.
The Sun speculated that the cancellation was due to ill health brought on by constant partying, after Rihanna had posted a picture on Twitter last month of her with an intravenous drip in her arm.
But now she’s hit back, calling the report “nonsense”.
“Nonsense! I’m not sick! I pushed my trip to London back to go spend time with my family! Sorry kiddos,” she wrote, before turning her wrath on the tabloid: “The Sun Newspaper is like a f**kin ass hair, full of s**t!!!!!!”
Wow, that’s them told!
Fingers crossed RiRi will make the flight for her headlining slot at Radio 1′s Hackney Weekend in a fortnight, and next month’s Wireless festival.
